Lemon Olive Oil

This versatile cold pressed lemon olive oil brings zest to any food preparation. The super blend used in commercial kitchens and, bakeries adds flavor to any dough-making, breads, croissants and pies. Being a classic oil, it is adaptable to smoke points and can be used in every day cooking for a healthier meal. An absolute must for marinades in Mediterranean cooking to keep the meats tender and dips flavorful. Add some to boiled rice just before serving for a nice citrusy taste.

Orange Olive Oil 

The cold pressed extra virgin orange olive oil is a fantastic condiment that can be used for cooking or as finishing oil. Its fruity flavor adds freshness to all types of baking items and classics such as lasagna, pastas, gourmet pizzas, salads and can be drizzled on ice creams too.

Black Truffle Olive Oil 

The black truffle extra virgin olive oil has a distinctive, earthy, intense taste so moderate quantities are recommended. A dash of this rich olive oil added to risottos, pizzas elevates the pie. Sauté vegetables, sprouts for an extra nutty flavor. It can be combined with vinaigrettes and even with aioli to create a dipping sauce. 

White Truffle Olive Oil
