The verification process
How a seller goes from registration to verified status
Register an account
Sellers create an account with their business email. OAuth via Google or LinkedIn is supported.
Choose verification track
Sellers choose between instant KYB (automated via Persona) or manual review (upload trade license).
Identity & business check
Persona's automated system or our compliance team verifies the business identity, trade license, and commercial registration.
Verified Business badge issued
Once approved, the seller receives the green ✅ Verified Business badge visible on all their listings.
Ongoing monitoring
Verified sellers are subject to ongoing listing moderation. Badges can be revoked for policy violations.
