The verification process
How a seller goes from registration to verified status
Register an account
Sellers create an account with their business email. OAuth via Google or LinkedIn is supported.
Choose verification track
Sellers choose between instant KYB (automated via Persona) or manual review (upload trade license).
Identity & business check
Persona's automated system or our compliance team verifies the business identity, trade license, and commercial registration.
Verified Business badge issued
Once approved, the seller receives the green ✅ Verified Business badge visible on all their listings.
Ongoing monitoring
Verified sellers are subject to ongoing listing moderation. Badges can be revoked for policy violations.
Catalog standard
Catalog & Imagery Standards
Buystocklot is a wholesale marketplace. Buyers re-list inventory across many regions and brands, so our imagery rules keep every listing portable, comparable, and resale-ready.
Accepted as primary photo
Flat-lay on neutral background • Ghost mannequin / invisible mannequin • Hanger or rack shot • Folded packaging • Macro / detail shot (fabric, label, stitching, hardware)
Not accepted as primary photo
Worn-on-model photography • Lifestyle or editorial shots • Influencer / UGC imagery • Brand campaign stock photos • Watermarked third-party retailer photos
AI background or model removal is acceptable provided the final image accurately represents the actual product. Listings using model imagery on the primary photo are auto-flagged for revision; sellers can re-upload a compliant image to restore the listing immediately.
