Yes. Creating an account is completely free for both buyers and sellers. Sellers can list up to 3 products on the free Connect plan. Paid plans unlock more listings, better visibility, and advanced features.

Buystocklot is for registered businesses only. We serve importers, exporters, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and liquidation specialists. Individual consumers cannot buy or sell on the platform.

We support 11 product categories: Clothing, Shoes & Footwear, Bags & Accessories, Electronics & Appliances, Health & Beauty, Home & Garden, Sports & Leisure, Food & Beverage, Toys & Kids, Mixed Liquidation, and Other / General Merchandise.

Register a free account, choose Seller, and complete your business verification. Once verified, you can post your first listing immediately. Upload photos, set your price and minimum order, and go live.

The Connect plan is free (3 listings). Paid plans start at $29/month for Standard (25 listings), $59/month for Pro (75 listings), and custom pricing for Enterprise (unlimited). We charge zero commission on your sales.

Most listings are reviewed and approved within 3 to 24 hours. Every listing is checked for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with our marketplace standards.

Verification is strongly recommended. Verified sellers receive a trusted badge visible on all their listings, which significantly increases buyer trust and enquiry rates. You can verify instantly through our automated KYB system or submit documents for manual review.

Buyers send enquiries directly through our built-in messaging system. You receive notifications via email and in-app. You can also share your phone or WhatsApp number once a conversation starts.

Absolutely. Your listings are visible to buyers in 60+ countries. You set your own shipping terms, delivery conditions, and pricing. Many sellers on Buystocklot regularly ship across continents.

Use our search and filter system to browse by category, condition, price range, location, and keywords. You can also save searches and receive email alerts when new matching listings are posted.

Yes. All buyers can browse listings, search, and view product details for free. Free accounts can start up to 3 conversations with sellers. Buyer Pro ($15/month) unlocks unlimited conversations and additional features.

Click 'Message Seller' on any listing to start a conversation. Our built-in chat supports text messages, offers, and counter-offers. All communications are encrypted.

Yes. Use our RFQ (Request for Quotation) board to describe exactly what you need. Sellers will see your request and respond with quotes. It's a great way to find specific products.

Bix Match is our AI-powered matching system. It automatically connects buyer requests with seller listings based on category, brand, location, price, and quantity. You get notified when a strong match is found.

Sellers undergo Know Your Business (KYB) verification through Persona, the same identity platform used by LinkedIn, Etsy, and OpenAI. We verify trade licenses, commercial registrations, and business identity documents.

Yes. Every new listing is reviewed by our team before going live. We check for accuracy, legality, and compliance with marketplace standards. Listings that don't meet our standards are rejected.

All messages between buyers and sellers are encrypted in transit and at rest. Your contact details are only shared when you choose to share them. We comply with international data protection standards.

No. We charge zero commission on all transactions. Buyers and sellers negotiate and complete deals directly. We earn revenue from seller subscription plans only.

Buystocklot is a marketplace platform. We connect buyers and sellers but do not process transactions between them. Payment terms, methods, and logistics are agreed directly between the parties.

Seller subscriptions can be paid via PayPal (credit/debit card), voucher codes, or bank transfer. Subscriptions auto-renew via PayPal unless cancelled.

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.

No. Shipping and logistics are arranged directly between buyers and sellers. Most deals are completed on FOB (Free on Board) or EXW (Ex Works) terms. Sellers specify their shipping terms on each listing.

Yes. Buystocklot is a global marketplace. Many deals involve international shipping. Buyers and sellers agree on Incoterms, shipping method, and costs as part of their negotiation.

Import duties, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed. We recommend clarifying these terms before finalizing any deal.
