Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Buystocklot platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
By accessing or using the Buystocklot marketplace ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Buystocklot FZC ("Company", "we", "us"). Buystocklot is a technology platform that facilitates introductions between independent buyers and sellers of wholesale goods. We are not a party to any transaction. We do not buy, sell, own, store, inspect, or control any goods listed on the Platform. All transactions are conducted solely between users. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buystocklot disclaims all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or completeness of information, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be secure or available, that listings are accurate or legitimate, or that users will act honestly or lawfully.

Upon registration, you represent that all information provided is accurate and agree to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Buystocklot offers free and paid subscription plans for sellers. Buystocklot expressly:

Violation may result in: account termination, permanent ban, legal action, and recovery of lost fees and damages.
All content on the Platform, including logos, design, and software, is owned by Buystocklot or its licensors. Buystocklot acts as a neutral intermediary and is not responsible for counterfeit goods, trademark infringement, or copyright violations. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their listings comply with all applicable intellectual property laws. For copyright or trademark concerns, please refer to our Intellectual Property Policy.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We may suspend or modify the Platform at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable for any damage resulting from service interruption or unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buystocklot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform. Our total liability shall never exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buystocklot, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, any transaction you enter into, or any violation of third-party rights.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including international trade laws, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and sanctions laws (including UAE, UN, EU, and OFAC where applicable). Buystocklot reserves the right to suspend or terminate users for compliance reasons, request documentation, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts, unless arbitration is agreed upon pursuant to the clause below.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration before the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), in accordance with its rules. Arbitration shall be conducted in Dubai, UAE, in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.
You acknowledge that no system is completely secure. Data breaches, hacking, or system failures may occur. Buystocklot is not liable for: unauthorized access, data loss, cyberattacks, or system interruptions. We implement reasonable security measures but do not guarantee the absolute security of your information.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance by email or via notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
By submitting a review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience. False, defamatory, or rights-infringing reviews are strictly prohibited, as is any attempt to manipulate the rating system. We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these rules.
We will not be liable for any delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party service interruptions.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Our failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Buystocklot regarding use of the Platform.
